Never assume it won't happen to you
These things can happen to anyone.
Life is unpredictable. It's a series of events that are shaping you. Sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad.
I believe we all go through something good, it just depends on how you look at it. You train your mind on how to look at your surroundings and how to you should react to it. You train your mind to live through that moment.
Life is not easy. There are times when everything doesn't make sense and you just feel like giving up. Those tough moments build us. Take those as teachable moments.
Life is not all rosy and shiny. Things happen that can build us. Our characters are build by such moments. We need to learn to appreciate those moments. You learn to work harder to improve on them.
Have a positive spirit. Every now and then life gets tough. Sad thing is it doesn't give you a warning. It may feel like it is better to give up instead of trying harder. We need to learn to be optimistic. You can see good from there. Never think that you are going through something that won't always end well for you. There are times when suddenly everything changes.
The person you want to be contributes the most at those time. That person is being tested at that time.We learn from our own experiences and become better. Everything happens for a reason.
Everyone is going through something. Learn to respect their choices. Learn to just be there for them. We can't always be right. Unless they ask you for advice do not share it. Not everything will happen as you have planned it. There are far more pressing issues to focus on.
Do not laugh at others. You will never know when your day might come. You will not be happy as that happens. Be there for the people going through a rough patch.
They will know as you go through a similar situation to be there for you. We should appreciate such people. They can be selfless. It doesn't mean they owe you their live or you owe them your life.
