Declutter

 Is your mind all over the place? Work on that.


Do you constantly feel like you don't know what's happening around you? The constant mess that you can't seem to control. Being overwhelmed so much that you just find comfort in sleeping or just simply zoning out. How do you even fix that? Sleeping can't be the permanent fix to your cluttered mind. 


Emotions can be tricky at times. Everything can feel too much when not managed well. 

You must be aware that sometimes life can get really tricky and unpleasant to be part off. Don't you ever wish you could just switch off for a minute?


Being selfish is a necessity. Ever realized that some people have selfcare days. The days that they dedicate entirely to them and doing what they love. They get to relax and just not worry about everything in that moment in their lives. Even in the mist of chaos, do something fulfilling for you. It can really be so hard that you just feel like  giving up but don't. 


Being selfish at times is important. Doing you and what you love once a week can help you alot. You get to analyze and see what you need to change. You get to think differently.


Accepting everything as it is instead of fixing won't help you declutter. You deserve to be relaxed and in touch of your surroundings. You can't stay in the bad mood forever. When you constantly have bad mood everything and everyone irritates you and that's not good. 


 Disconnecting mainly because stress is overwhelming you and you are not willing to fix will kill you slowly. Learn to talk about what bothers you and how you are planning to fix it. You can't keep feeling sorry for yourself. Make plans on how you will tackle everything. Before you know it, it will be better again.


We have different seasons in life but don't let the bad season overstay its welcome. There comes sun after storm but while you stuck in the storm remember the sun is coming. That should keep you alive and motivated. I'm sure nobody wants to remain in the dark. Fight for the sunshine.


Good vibes keep us alive as always. Hope and clarity also do that. Plan your goals and how you will reach them. A good and positive spirit  what makes us. Remember to declutter as much as you can. Problems are meant to come and go. Don't let them stay.
