Breaking point

 You ever play it tough? Made it seem like you had your life together all the time? 

When are you going to let your body and soul rest.


I get that we need to be put together in the public but for how long. We are allowed to feel. We are allowed to show emotions. Do not hide them forever.


Staying true to yourself will save you alot of time. We are constantly in a rush to do everything that we forget ourselves. We forget to focus on ourselves. 


Do not live a life so fake that you don't remember how you were before. Do not lie to yourself. We need to do a reset every now and then. See what is good and what is not. See what needs to go.


It's OK to cry sometimes. You need to let things out and be. There is not good but harm leading to a breakdown with hiding your feelings. 


Hiding your true feelings will leave you miserable in the long run. We shouldn't be worried about how we look on the outside only but also on the inside. Life is stressful but that does not mean we should hide it. We should embrace it. There are ups and downs and it's part of life. 


Playing it tough and cool will leave you feeling so empty and suddenly having a break down in the middle of your day at work or running errands.


All those feelings you had surpressed will come flying out and you won't know what has hit you. Take control of yourself. Learn to acknowledge and control your emotions. You don't want to faint out of the blue. 


Playing tough to empress us won't do no good to you. You should be happy that there are other people who might be going through what you are going and still want to be better.


It's OK to take a break from everything. It's OK to reflect on your life choices. We are not in a business of impressing anyone. We are in the business of being healthy and happy. Do not invite depression into your life. Do not do the bare minimum and go extra mile for the next person.


Love yourself always and be true to yourself. No one can be there for you more than you can be there for yourself. Life is tough and doesn't get any easier. We should remember that always.


The least you can do for yourself is be present and true to yourself. You are the only that knows what is going on in your mind. As long as you don't ask for help we will never know.


Rest for the body and souls is important. You are not alone
