Are you doing and getting what you actually want?

Life is so full of surprises and the least you can do is do things for yourself. Life is unpredictable. We are just moving. No matter how much you try things don't always go the right way.

Can you stand up confidently and say how  you got everything you always wanted growing up. There was just something we wanted but could never get. The next person might not think much about it while you think about it alot. Remember we are not the same. Goals are not even the same.

We are grown now and can provide for ourselves. Some of us grew up wishing to go on family vacations while some went on one regularly. Some grew up with no TV or proper housing while others had big screen tvs with DVD players and DSTV. Because we are grown and afford to get those things we are going make a way to get them. Go get those things you want.

Some people couldn't even go on a simple school trip because there were no means to. A simple lunchbox you took for granted another person didn't have any.

Certain things that happen in life make you appreciate it. We experience it differently and should respect that. Judging the next person for their preference and priorities won't help.

Learning to accept that we all want different things will heal us. Just because a person bought a car before buying a house or still stays at home doesn't make them stupid. For that person it might be that growing up they always wanted a car so they run their errands and life becomes easier.

Do not become an unqualified financial advisor. We need to stop being too invested in other people's lives. One thing I can tell you is there's something you are doing that doesn't make sense to the next person and it doesn't have to. It makes you happy. That's what matters.

We are slowly healing. Go buy that bicycle, go get that KFC streetwise 2 and coke. Go get that 2L ice cream and finish it within a day or 2. It's the little things. You worked hard. Go get them.

Heal yourself before you heal the next person. They always say you can't pour from an empty cup and it's true. Fulfill yourself and be an inspiration to the next generation in your life. Learn to make a way always. You are all you need to start.
